This website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, which acts as our hosting and content-delivery provider and processes technical access data on our behalf to serve and protect the site. We engage providers that offer appropriate safeguards and data-processing terms. If you email us, your message is handled by our email provider, Google Workspace, solely to deliver and store correspondence.
7. International transfers
Our providers are engaged under GDPR-compliant data-processing agreements. Some providers — including our email provider — may process data outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, it is covered by an appropriate safeguard under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Retention
We keep email correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete it. Technical access logs are kept for short periods for security and then rotated out by our provider.
